Bonus funds at xk777 must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. If your internet connection is interrupted during a bet at xk777, the outcome of the game will be determined by the xk777 server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. xk777 is not responsible for lost bets due to internet or device failures on the Player's end. Where technically possible, xk777 will restore the game to its pre-disconnection state.
In the event of a software, hardware, or live-dealer malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, xk777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all bets placed during that round. Malfunctions void all pay and plays. xk777 will notify affected players by account message or email.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules. Players waive any right to bring a class-action claim against xk777. Individual arbitration is the sole remedy for unresolved disputes.
